As a solo entrepreneur, small business owner and “Jack of All Trades”, you are constantly wearing many hats and juggling dozens of tasks.
And I mean really, think about all the things that you do for running your business. Consider what tasks are a must for you to do and see which ones are time wasters and you hate doing. Such things like answering the phone, answering emails, maintain you social media profiles, diary management, data entry and many others. If you have employees they probably have more time available that you may not have realized for which you are certainly paying them and determine who is best suited to handle the tasks.
But if you are you are flying solo and you find yourself wishing the day have more than 24 hours then, consider outsourcing those tasks to a Virtual Assistant. That’s what I do. I take from my clients those time wasters tasks from their hands and help them implement their goals. Hiring a Virtual Assistant can work out in many cases more economical than hiring full time staff and they can be competitive and expert in many different areas.
By freeing up your time, you can focus more on the issues that really matter, to grow your business and your profits. I know you will be surprised by to even find time for leisure.
